Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days via USPS priority mail or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available. All shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout. We cannot ship packages using overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses. We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery. For international shipping rates, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items: Due to the popularity of our products, occasionally we have out-of-stock or back-ordered items. We'll attempt to contact you within 72 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered. If we don't hear back from you, we will credit you for the item.
Returns and Exchanges
If you should need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by calling us at 301-547-6996 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping instructions. Please provide your order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.
